Nelson Hospitals is a 300-bed multispecialty hospital in Nagpur, serving patients across Central India. With departments spanning cardiology, orthopedics, maternity, neurology, and oncology — they had strong clinical capabilities but a digital presence that didn’t reflect it.

Before engaging Zappkode, Nelson relied almost entirely on word-of-mouth and doctor referrals. Their website attracted fewer than 800 visits per month. New patient inquiries were unpredictable. Competitors ranked above them for every core treatment keyword in the city.
