Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with at least 6 months of experience in editing engaging video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other video editing tools to create professional, high-quality videos.
Key Responsibilities
🎬 Video Editing & Post-Production:
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media, advertisements, and promotional content.
- Trim, cut, and arrange raw footage to create engaging and visually appealing content.
- Enhance videos with transitions, effects, text overlays, and animations.
- Ensure color correction, audio enhancement, and motion graphics are properly applied.
- Work with various video formats and resolutions to optimize for different platforms.
🎥 Content Creation & Optimization
- Adapt and edit content for YouTube, Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
- Create storyboards and rough cuts before finalizing videos.
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to align video content with brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos for SEO, thumbnails, and platform-specific requirements.
Collaboration & Feedback
- Coordinate with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth production process.
- Implement feedback quickly to meet deadlines and maintain high-quality standards.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing trends and social media content styles.
Required Skills & Tools
Video Editing Software
- Cap Cut (for quick and social media-friendly edits)
- Adobe Premiere Pro (for professional video editing)
- After Effects (for motion graphics & advanced visual effects)
- DaVinci Resolve (for color grading & cinematic editing)
- Final Cut Pro (preferred but not mandatory)
Additional Skills
- Basic knowledge of audio editing & mixing.
- Experience in color correction, masking, and keyframing.
- Familiarity with stock footage, royalty-free music, and visual assets.
- Strong understanding of social media video trends and platform requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Film Production, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Knowledge of AI-powered video tools (Runway, Descript) is a plus.
Experience in creating viral content for social media platforms is an advantage.
