Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our marketing and sales team. The ideal candidate should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in business development, client acquisition, and sales. As this is a field-based role, the candidate must be willing to travel for client meetings and should possess their own two-wheeler/four-wheeler.
Key Responsibilities
📢 Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
- Identify and approach potential clients, businesses, and partners to generate leads.
- Conduct cold calling, door-to-door visits, and follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to increase sales opportunities.
🚀 Sales & Revenue Growth
- Present and pitch company products/services to potential clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and business goals.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
🌍 Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve sales strategies and offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and reach.
📊 Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and revenue generation.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales performance reports.
- Provide valuable insights and recommendations for business growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Educational Background
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
✅ Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in B2B/B2C sales and client acquisition.
- Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork efficiently.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and business expansion strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to handle work pressure.
