We’re looking for a confident and student-friendly Academic Counsellor who enjoys talking to people, guiding students, and converting leads into successful admissions.
If you’re comfortable with calls, walk-ins, and helping students choose the right career path — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
📞 Lead Calling & Follow-ups
- Make outbound calls to student leads and explain our courses
- Follow up with interested students and parents
- Maintain call records and lead status updates
🏫 Walk-in Handling
- Handle walk-in students and parents professionally
- Understand student goals and recommend suitable courses
- Explain course details, duration, fees, and career outcomes
🎯 Admissions & Counselling
- Guide students in choosing the right course based on interest and background
- Support the admission process from enquiry to enrollment
- Build trust and long-term relationships with students
💬 Query Handling
- Answer student queries via calls, WhatsApp, and in person
- Resolve concerns related to courses, fees, and schedules
📊 Reports & Analysis
- Prepare daily/weekly reports for:
- Leads and follow-ups
- Admissions and conversions
- Fees collection status
- Support management with basic analysis and insights
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and follow-ups
- Friendly, confident, and student-focused approach
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Ability to handle targets and work independently
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Experience in education counselling or sales
- Knowledge of IT / technical courses
- Experience handling fees and admission documentation
- Sales or telecalling background
