Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications (front-end & back-end)
- Lead and manage development tasks within the team
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and meet strict deadlines
- Assign and review tasks for junior developers or interns
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
- Maintain project documentation and progress tracking
- Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with frameworks like React.js /Tailwind CSS
- Back-end expertise in Node.js / Python / Django
- Database knowledge: MySQL / MongoDB
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations
- Proficiency in Git or version control systems
Leadership & Management Skills
- Ability to manage a team and coordinate tasks effectively
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Experience in mentoring junior developers/interns
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering quality work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Prior experience in a team lead or senior developer role
