We’re looking for a hands-on HR Executive who loves working with people, hiring fresh talent, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you enjoy recruitment, coordination, and being the go-to person in a fast-moving startup environment — this role is for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
🚀 Talent Acquisition
- Hire interns and full-time team members for tech & non-tech roles
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals
- Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and coordinate with founders & tech leads
- Keep candidate data and hiring trackers updated
🗂️ HR & Admin Work
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and attendance
- Maintain employee records and basic HR reports
- Support day-to-day admin and people operations
- Be the first point of contact for team coordination
🎓 Training & Placement
- Coordinate training programs for interns and freshers
- Manage training schedules, feedback, and performance tracking
- Support placement activities and internal hiring pipelines
- Act as a bridge between trainees, trainers, and management
What We’re Looking For
- Good communication skills (English + Hindi + Marathi)
- Interest in recruitment, people management, and HR operations
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking
- Basic knowledge of HR or hiring (we’ll help you grow further)
- Comfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, and basic tools
Nice to Have (Not a Deal-Breaker)
- IT recruitment or internship hiring exposure
- Experience with LinkedIn hiring or job portals
- MBA HR / HR internship experience
- Training or placement coordination background
