Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital marketing, a good understanding of various social media platforms, and the ability to create engaging content to boost brand awareness and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
📌 Content Creation & Management
- Assist in developing and scheduling engaging posts for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
- Create graphics, short videos, reels, and infographics using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, and Premiere Pro.
- Write captivating captions, hashtags, and social media copies aligned with brand voice.
📊 Social Media Strategy & Growth
- Research and implement trending topics, hashtags, and viral content to enhance engagement.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and suggest improvements.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
📢 Campaign & Collaboration Support
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and contests.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketing teams for content alignment.
- Research and connect with influencers and brand partners for collaborations.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Buffer.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✅ Educational Background
🎓 Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
✅ Key Skills & Tools
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, and other editing tools.
- Good understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising and analytics is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work in a team environment.
